- Formulate strategies and plans to achieve district-level sales targets and enhance profitability.
- Recruit, mentor, and supervise a team comprising of store managers and associates to ensure optimal performance.
- Evaluate sales data on a regular basis to discern patterns and identify opportunities for enhancement.
- Enforce adherence to company policies and procedures across all stores within the district.
- Address customer issues and queries promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with various departments for alignment with overarching company objectives.
- Conduct frequent store visits to assess adherence to performance standards and take corrective action when needed.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure that all locations are properly stocked
- Prepare and present reports on district performance to senior management

Requirements and Skills:
