The Staffing Coordinator will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires. Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.

  • Assist with onboarding new hires, including completing necessary paperwork and conducting orientation sessions.
  • Act as a liaison between hiring managers and candidates, providing regular updates on the status of their application.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment or staffing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.
