  • Foster and uphold relationships with vital stakeholders in the recruitment process which involves working closely with career centers, interacting with student organizations, and building a bond with faculty members to create a reliable network for recruitment.
  • Organize campus events which could range from career fairs and information sessions to networking events and coordinate them.
  • Take charge of screening applications and conducting interviews with potential candidates, which involves reviewing resumes, conducting preliminary phone or video interviews, and assessing candidate qualifications and potential fit with the company's culture and values.
  • Manage the candidate pipeline effectively, which includes tracking applicant progress, maintaining updated records, and providing periodic updates to hiring managers about the status of the recruitment process.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to fully understand their hiring requirements which includes discussing job descriptions, defining ideal candidate profiles, and providing insightful guidance on the entire recruiting process to ensure successful hires.
  • Cultivate a positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process, which involves maintaining open lines of communication, providing timely updates, offering constructive feedback, and promoting the company's culture and values to potential hires.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in campus recruiting or related fields.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
