The HR & Admin Officer will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources and office administration. The HR & Admin Officer will work closely with other departments and roles to ensure that our company is running smoothly and efficiently.
Detailed Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including labor laws, tax laws, and data privacy laws.
- Manage employee benefits, including health insurance and retirement plans, and ensure that all employees are enrolled and receiving the appropriate benefits.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing new hire paperwork and conducting exit interviews.
- Manage employee relations and provide support for any HR-related issues, including conflict resolution and performance management.
- Oversee office administration, including managing office supplies and equipment, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in HR and/or office administration.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
