Detailed Responsibilities:

  • Screen resumes and forward qualified candidates to the appropriate hiring manager.
  • Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain employee records, including personal information, job details, and performance evaluations.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees, including conducting orientations and preparing new hire paperwork.
  • Address queries from employees and offer assistance to the HR team when necessary.
  • Assist with HR projects and initiatives as assigned, such as employee engagement surveys or diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative support.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
