Detailed Responsibilities:
- Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Reconcile bank accounts and other balance sheet accounts.
- Manage the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and provide financial insights.
- Mentor and train junior accounting staff, providing guidance and support as needed.

Requirements and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and other regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
