Partner Program Terms of Service
General Rules
- Self-Referrals Prohibited: Signing up through your own partner link is not allowed.
- Prohibited Activities: Abuse, gaming, or attempting to mislead (e.g., posting fake discounts to coupon-sharing websites) will result in permanent account suspension.
- Single Account Policy: Partners are permitted to have a single account and cannot have an email associated with multiple partner accounts.
- Attribution Requests: In certain cases, we can credit a partner even if the customer didn’t sign up through a partner link. If you have such a case, please contact us at partners@arthajobboard.com, and we’ll do our best to attribute the referral to your account, provided the customer isn’t already associated with another partner. Our standard 60-day attribution window applies.
- Advertising Restrictions: While you’re encouraged to promote your partner link, it is not permitted to run search engine ads on platforms like Bing and Google, especially on branded terms or domain names. Doing so may result in permanent account suspension. You are also not allowed to bid on keywords and phrases containing the “Artha Job Board” trademark or any variations of the trademarked term on Pay per Click or Pay per Impression campaigns on the search engines (Google, Yahoo, MSN, Ask, Bing). If you have questions, please email partners@arthajobboard.com.
- Brand Representation: Do not impersonate Artha Job Board or act on behalf of us in any form (e.g., as an employee, company, or website).
- Policy Changes: We reserve the right to change the Terms of Service for our partner program at any time.
- Account Termination: We reserve the right to terminate your partner account for violation of any rules at our sole discretion.
- Commission Forfeiture: Commissions generated by mechanisms that violate our Terms of Service will not be paid or owed.
Commission Payments
- Processing Schedule: Commissions are processed on the 1st of every month for the previous month’s earnings and paid on the 15th via PayPal.
- Provisioning Window: Earned commissions become eligible after a 30-day provisioning window to prevent fraud, spam, and potential chargebacks.
- PayPal Requirements: To receive payment, you must provide a valid PayPal email address. Depending on your account type and/or receiving country, PayPal may charge fees for incoming transfers, which are considered a partner business expense. PayPal is currently the only payout method available. To update or change your PayPal email address, you can do so in your account settings.
- Payout Maximum: Partners are eligible to earn and be paid up to $10,000 (USD) commission per each customer referral.
Commission Variations
While our standard commission structure is up to 40% for 12 months, commissions may vary. Some partners may receive lower or higher commission rates or different payout durations based on special performance-based agreements.
For example:
- Some partners may receive a lower or higher percentage commission based on special deals and/or tier level.
- Some partners may have commissions paid out for longer than 12 months.
Regardless of the commission structure set with each partner, the maximum eligible commission earned per individual referral is capped at $10,000 (USD).
